Is Anyone Else Frightend?

I can't begin to tell you how baffled I am by this person - Carrot Top. I am not talking about the fact he is considered a celebrity (even if it is a D lister) I am talking about the fact he looks like a clown on steriods who abuses not only liquid eye liner but also an eye brow plucker. This photo disturbs me and yet I cannot look away.
